In a few days, ideas, technology, music, creativity and science will collide at SXSW Sydney. Among the innovators pitching on this global stage is University of Wollongong PhD student Nuwangi Cooray — a prospect even she admits would have been unthinkable just 18 months ago.
Cooray will present her environmentally safe, user-friendly, next generation suncare solution on October 18 at SXSW Sydney’s Innovation Expo. She is one of 10 finalists in the Student Pitch, selected from Australia and Singapore’s brightest tertiary innovators.
